That can be your home, local park or any space that we can.
We don’t need a large space to work in your home - the space the size of a yoga mat is perfect.
Anything required for the sessions is bought with us to help you feel at ease
No gym required, no fancy equipment needed.
If F2F isn’t your thing, then we offer Online Remote Training
There are many different ways to achieve your goals & at Movemeant Personal Training, we offer a wide variety of approaches to suit your needs
Face to Face Personal Training (Location of your choice*).
Prices start from £35 a session (30 minutes)
Packages start from £250
Online Remote Training - Our knowledge and expertise, just not in person.
Prices start from £140 a month
We also offer Bespoke Running Coaching for those training for an event. Prices upon Enquiry
*Locations we cover for F2F: Boroughs of; Richmond, Kingston, Merton, Wandsworth, Sutton, Croydon & Lambeth.

Movemeant Personal Training aims to help people wade through the vast array of questionable information in the fitness domain to find what is truly useful.
I have a background in movement across 15 years, across a variety of areas such as football, running, cycling & functional strength training.
